You'll need :
Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1. Butter one side of a tortilla and put it buttered side down in the frying pan.
2. Put cheese on tortilla.
3. Butter one side of second tortilla and put pesto on the other side. Put the pesto side on the cheese.
4. Turn on the stove to a medium heat and flip after the bottom side is golden brown. Make sure cheese melted before you flip it or your top tortilla will come off and cheese will fly.
5. Once second side is golden brown, take out of pan and enjoy.
